File Formats

Upload your designs in PNG, JPG, JPEG, SVG, or PDF. Make sure your files are clear, high-quality, and not blurry. Every detail matters.

Size & Quality

Before uploading, check that your file looks clean, bright, and sharp. Avoid screenshots or small, pixelated images. Make sure colors and lines are clear and well-defined.

If you are sending your design through WhatsApp, please send it as a document, not a photo, so it stays full quality.

For experts: We recommend files with a minimum of 300 DPI for the best print results.

Print Sizes

Choose your preferred print size before uploading your design:

Tees:

• A5 — Mini: 5″ × 8″
• A4 — Mid: 8″ × 11″
• A3 — Full: 11″ × 16″
• A2 — Max: 16″ × 23″

Totes: Our Standard and Elevate totes come in A4 (Mid) — 8″ × 11″ size.

Each size offers a distinct visual impact, so select the one that best fits your creative vision.

Design Placement

If you have a specific spot in mind for your design, such as front, center, or a corner, let us know by adding a note during checkout or uploading a reference image showing your preferred placement. We will follow your guidance carefully to make sure your piece looks exactly as you imagined.

Naming Your Files

Name each file clearly to help us place your design accurately.

Examples:

• front tote image.png
• back text.pdf
• custom mug icon.svg

Clear naming helps us know exactly where each design belongs.

Uploading Your Design

Drag and drop your file or select it from your device to upload. You can add at least three files depending on your design needs, with each file under 10MB.
